Honda has announced the sales launch of its next-gen Fit SUV in Japan in February. Its technical sibling – the Honda Jazz – will arrive in showrooms in Europe this summer.
The next generation looks nearly identical between its Japanese and European versions, but the tech and engines are markedly different.
The Honda Fit comes either gasoline-powered or as a hybrid. In contrast, the Jazz can be either hybrid (1.5-liter gas engine + 1 electric motor) or purely electric (single-motor).
In its most basic form, the gas-chugging Honda Fit costs 1,488,000 Yen, while its hybrid version begins at 1,926,000 Yen. Pricing for Europe is pending.
