The pre-facelift Honda Odyssey (see video) remains the best-selling minivan in North America, so it’s not surprising that the Japanese automaker decided to give it a nice refresh for the next model year. There are styling and equipment changes, while the tech stays the same.
Starting with the exterior, the modifications are light and mostly focused on the bumpers. There are new dimmed sections around the DRLs at the front and new vertical reflectors at the back, but that’s about it. The wheels have a new spoke pattern, and you can choose from new silver and light blue color options for the body.
Trim-wise, a 7-inch digital instrument panel and a 9-inch infotainment display are now included as standard. The infotainment system is said to be much faster than the old version, with support for both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A wireless charger pad and additional USB ports are also included in all trims now.
Passengers in the second and third seat rows may now watch videos on a 12.8-inch screen mounted on a special ceiling console. There are numerous interfaces for plugging in external multimedia sources, including HDMI. Honda also claims that all active safety assists have been optimized for efficiency.
The naturally aspirated V6 hooked onto a 10-speed automatic transmission stays the same, pushing 280 PS (276 hp / 206 kW) to the wheels.
The first shipments of the 2025 Honda Odyssey have already left the factory, heading for the dealerships. There are four trim levels to choose from, priced from $41,900 to $50,900 before the destination fee.
