An online auction offers a Honda S2000 roadster that came out in 2000 and has 37 miles, or 60 kilometers, on the odometer.
The original owner bought the silver car with a black leather interior in New York, and it was later brought to Florida where it now resides. Power comes courtesy of a two-liter, naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine rated at 240 PS (237 hp / 176 kW). A six-speed manual transmission sends the power to the wheels through a Torsen limited-slip differential. Other equipment highlights include 16-inch wheels, cruise control, a CD player, an AC, and keyless entry.
The current top bid is $45,500. Four months ago, a Honda S2000 CR (Club Racer spec) produced in 2009 fetched a record-breaking $117,111. The buyer appreciated its enhanced suspension and aerodynamics, as well as low mileage of just 982 miles (1,580 kilometers).
