Premium vehicle manufacturer Hongqi has posted a couple of images revealing its upcoming E202 electric crossover from the face and the back. Sales in China are expected to begin later this year, with Europe next in the queue.
The images provide a good look at the headlights and taillights, as well as the bumpers, the refreshed badging and rear-facing cameras.
Rumor has it that the model will offer AWD and air-ride suspension. Being based on a 800V power architecture will enable it to top up its battery rapidly from a sufficiently powerful charging terminal. While unofficial, sources are reporting that owners will be able to replenish enough power for 300 km (186 miles) of driving within five minutes.
The launch date remains unannounced.
