At a special event in Seoul, the Korean company
presented to the public a pre-series hydrogen crossover of a new generation
with the working title Hyundai Next Generation FCEV. The new model will replace
the outdated Hyundai ix35 Fuel Cell / Tucson Fuel Cell.
It is known that the fourth generation of the hydrogen
system has become 10% more effective and 20% more powerful than the previous
one. It is expected that the performance of the crossover will be approximately
163 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque. The drive will be front. At one fueling up
a hydrogen vehicle can travel 580 kilometers. By the way, Hyundai Next
Generation FCEV was equipped with three tanks for fuel storage.
The appearance of the hydrogen crossover deserves
special attention. Thanks to the new radiator grille and the unique head optics
Hyundai Next Generation FCEV looks more than stylish and modern.
The serial version of the car will be presented in
early 2018.
