Novelties
According to Simon Loasby, Hyundai VP in South Korea and also its Head of Design, all new vehicles from the brand will adopt the same “Art of Steel” design language as the hydrogen-powered Hyundai Nexo (seen here).
Loasby pointed out that the next-generation Nexo SUV was given this distinctive style specifically to make it look niche and exclusive. He emphasized that it needed to stand out from the automaker’s previous releases.
However, it doesn’t mean that it will stay exclusive. The company plans to extend Art of Steel styling to other models in late 2025 or early 2026. In particular, the next-gen Tucson SUV will be treated in the same way.
