2022 Hyundai Creta shows up on official photos

The facelifted Creta for Indonesia resembles the marque’s higher-ranking crossovers like the Tucson and the Palisade, and comes with a revised interior trim.

Judging from the pictures, the car gets Hyundai’s latest ‘Parametric Dynamics’ front grille with visually integrated headlights that disappear in it when not turned on. The Tucson has a similar-looking nose, but the new Creta one-ups it with an impressively sized bumper and Palisade-style DRLs.

The tailgate and the rear bumper have been redesigned as well, although the multi-tier taillights seem to be unchanged.

Found inside are a four-spoke multi-function steering wheel, a digital dashboard and a central touchscreen built into the console. The HVAC system now enjoys its very own sensor-based display.

The facelift has so far only been announced for Indonesia. It remains uncertain whether other markets may get something similar anytime soon.
