A month ago, Hyundai showed us its upcoming Elantra N hot saloon in a video, but didn’t let us listen to it in action. Today’s spy video from the North Loop takes care of that and provides a great view of the camo-wrapped pre-production car.
The disguise does its job well enough, but the trunk lid spoiler and the dual tailpipes mounted at the sides still aren’t particularly hard to see. As for the soundtrack, we suspect it might be coming from the 2.0-liter turbo-four mill of the 2021 Hyundai i30 N, which produces 280 PS (276 hp / 206 kW) and can be paired up with a six-speed manual or state-of-the-art eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.
The Hyundai Elantra N may or may not debut later this year.
