South Korean supercar manufacturer Genesis will unveil a brand new all-electric car concept at the upcoming 2019 International Motor Show in New York, USA. The company used the same trade fair to reveal its all-electric Essentia Concept last year.
The Essentia should ultimately become the brand’s strongest production hypercar, boasting a modern design and plenty of performance. Among other things, the company promises that it will sprint to 100 km/h (62 mph) in three seconds flat.
As for the 2019 concept car, this one remains a bit of a mystery at the moment. Luc Donckerwolke, Executive Design VP for the Hyundai and Genesis brands, only said that it is still in its early concept phase, and that it would ship exclusively with the all-electric powertrain.
Aside from the unnamed concept car, Genesis will also bring the facelifted version of its G90 luxury saloon/sedan to the show.
