While the South Korean automotive giant is getting its next-gen i20 hatchback ready to rumble at the GIMS-2020, let us have a look at the first photos.
The upcoming Hyundai i20 will finally bring the company’s new Sensuous Sportiness design philosophy to Europe. As such, it will feature a large, cascaded radiator grille, a massive front bumper, edgy LED headlights, and triangular-framed fog lamps.
The interior remains a mystery so far, but the manufacturer hints that the digital dashboard and the multimedia system will be combined into a single unit. Both will measure 10¼ inches across.
While not officially confirmed yet, sources say the Europe-spec i20 will ship with the same old 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbo,1.2-liter four-cylinder non-turbo, and a new hybrid powertrain based on the latter.
