Alright, actually, Hyundai has been making clothes for a while now, this being its third special collection consisting of 12 premium items tailored from recycled automotive waste.
The list includes trousers, shorts, zipper hoodies, sports jackets, and sweatshirts. The company claims that the same materials are widely used in the all-electric Hyundai Ioniq 5. It also points out that the recycled fabrics used are highly resistant to wear-and-tear and endure more than conventional materials.
All items are available through L’Eclaireur and Boontheshop boutiques, as well as online showrooms.
