Hyundai Ioniq 5 pricing revealed

The all-electric Hyundai Ioniq 5 debuted in South Korea nearly a year ago and the United States in May, so it should soon finally reach the dealerships. Here’s what the prices look like for North America.

The entry-level 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 comes in at $40,925 USD. It is called SE Standard Range, exerts 170 PS (168 hp / 125 kW) at the rear wheels, at packs a 58-kWh traction battery rated for 354 km (220 miles) of range.

Opting for the top spec called Limited AWD will set you back $55,725. In return, you get dual electric motors rated together at 325 PS (321 hp / 240 kW), all-wheel drive, and 78 kilowatt-hours of power storage sufficient for 412 km (256 miles) of driving range, per EPA.

Regardless of your chosen configuration, the Ioniq 5 supports rapid charging that lets you replenish up to 80% of its battery in just 18 minutes.
