Hyundai Seven Concept previews a production car for 2024

Hyundai has come to the Los Angeles Auto Show – which is starting right now – with an all-electric SUV prototype called the Seven. The vehicle previews a production model by the name of Ioniq 7, which should come out in 2024.

Exterior features begin with suicide rear doors swinging against the direction of the traffic. The body is aerodynamically shaped, and the headlights and taillights rock a ‘pixelated’ look. New wheels round off the stylish image nicely.

The cabin is extremely spacious and houses a steering joystick that someone apparently thought would make a nice replacement for the steering wheel. The seats swivel around, there is a large OLED display on the ceiling, as well as a mini-fridge and a special box for freshening your footwear while you ride. The trim is made from recycled materials and rocks antibacterial coatings. Ultraviolet lamps switch on to disinfect the interior when no one is inside.

Hyundai claims the concept offers 500 km (310 miles) of range on a charge and needs 20 minutes to replenish 80 percent of the charge.
