Hyundai has released a teaser showing its facelifted 2021 Kona SUV and its sported-up counterpart, the Kona N Line.
The car can be seen sporting new bumpers, front end and LED DRLs. The N Line additionally boasts slits under its radiator grille, enlarged air intakes and side winglets on the front bumper.
South Korean automotive newspapers have voiced opinions that the Kona N Line would be getting a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine with 217 hp (162 kW), as well as improved suspension and reworked power steering from the Tucson N Line.
The regular Kona may keep its 1.0L and 1.6L turbo options, the 2.0L non-turbo, the 1.6L diesel and the 1.6L hybrid composed of a 44hp (33kW) electric motor and a six-speed DCT. The Kona Electric is also looking forward to an update.
