2022 Hyundai Palisade shows up in a YouTube stream

We have already seen some spy photos of the facelifted Hyundai Palisade in addition to a couple of teasers, and the official premiere will take place at the NYIAS show on Wednesday, April 13.

In the meantime, however, the Korean automaker has shown the exterior design of the car in a YouTube stream. The video was quickly deleted after the initial airing, but not before users made a few screenshots.

The only available camera angle shows the front end and some of the side, while the rear remains to be unveiled. There is a massive radiator grille occupying most of the front end and spanning as far as the headlights, making us wonder where the actual headlight units are. Neither the teasers nor the screenshots show the lights in action, and it looks like they sit very close to the front fenders.

Then there are vertical DRLs similar to those of the current Palisade version, but also pushed farther aside. Overall, the front fascia looks like that of the new Tucson, with some unique features thrown in to highlight the status of the Palisade as the Korean marque’s flagship.
