Hyundai Santa Fe new video posted, premiere date announced

It wasn’t long ago that the South Korean Hyundai revealed its next update of the Santa Fe crossover SUV by posting some shots of its front part. A follow-up video has been uploaded earlier today showing the rear part of the car along with its official premiere date – February 21st, 2018.

The new Hyundai Santa Fe, which has become a bit bulkier than its predecessor, is already available via pre-orders in South Korea. It comes with a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine as well as two diesels 2.0 and 2.2 liters large. Their respective performance figures haven’t been revealed yet.

The fourth-generation Hyundai Santa Fe arrives in showrooms packed with modern features dedicated to safety and steering assistance. Among other things, there’s a parking assistant, an emergency brake system, and a door locking feature that prevents people from opening the car doors when it’s unsafe to go out.

The European version of the Hyundai Santa Fe model update will be demonstrated during the Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland in March 2018.
