Korean car media have shared the first image of the upcoming Hyundai Sonata N Line not wearing the impervious test mule disguise of its earlier prototypes.
The car gets a new drive mode called Sport+, stiffer springs and revised shocks, as well as a new front bumper, grille, wheels and black side mirrors.
It will come equipped by the same 2.5-liter turbocharged engine as the Genesis G80, albeit dialed down from 305 to 290 hp (227 to 216 kW, respectively). An eight-speed dual-wet-clutch transmission will send the momentum to the wheels. Sprint times remain unannounced.
The Hyundai Sonata N Line hits the showrooms throughout South Korea in the third quarter of 2020.
