The South Korean car manufacturer Hyundai has launched the sales of the next-generation Sonata Hybrid sedan in the USA. With prices starting at U.S. $26,385, the car is $500 below its predecessor model. Impressively enough, it also comes with a larger amount of on-board equipment and features – for instance, the base trim features a blind spot monitor.
The refreshed Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is driven by a 2.0-liter V4 gasoline engine rated at 154 hp (115 kW) and an electric engine contributing another 51 hp (38 kW). Paid options include LED lighting, heated-up steering wheel, a wireless charger and a sunroof.
