Hyundai has revealed what its next-gen Tuscon SUV looks like from the outside and inside. The off-roader will enjoy a live premiere on September 15, 2020.
Much in the design revealed stems from the Vision T Concept, but the jewelry-like radiator grille with LED headlamps hidden underneath is our particular favorite.
According to a top manager of the company, the name is just about the only thing the new Tucson shares with its predecessor, while the rest is new. The car is longer and wider than before, with shorter overhangs and an elongated hood.
The manufacturer likens the interior to a boutique hotel packed with cutting-edge tech. The digital dashboard enjoys a standalone design, while the 10.25-inch infotainment display comes integrated in the center console.
The 2021 Tucson can follow voice commands and offers ambient lighting in 64 colors and 10 brightness levels. It is expected to reach the market equipped with a 2.5-liter gasoline engine and a 1.6-liter diesel one, but hybrid options are also possible.
