Hyundai has taken the wraps off a particularly hardcore-looking Tucson SUV dubbed the Beast. It will star in the upcoming movie Uncharted based on a video game by the same name.
The plot revolves around a treasure allegedly lost by Magellan and his crew 500 years ago. A team of treasure hunters will travel to the wildest and least explored parts of the Earth on their quest for riches and fame, with the Beast as their trusted companion.
The car is equipped with new running boards, a snorkel, an expedition rack, a winch, a plastic body kit and robust-looking bumpers rocking some extra floodlights. The technical aspect of the build is not touched upon in the press release.
The video game movie stars Antonio Banderas, Mark Wahlberg and Tom Holland. It features other cars of the Korean corporation as well, including Genesis G80, G90 and GV80.
