British carmaker Ineos has shared a teaser pic of a Double Cab truck called Grenadier Quartermaster. The vehicle will celebrate its live debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed on July 13, where it will take part in a hill climb race.
The photo shows a tailgate with round brake lights at the sides not unlike on the company’s Grenadier SUV (see video). The model name is spelled in large, clear letters on the tailgate.
According to the manufacturer, the Quartermaster has two seat rows and is based on an existing car (most likely the SUV mentioned above). Other than that, it doesn’t reveal any details.
In Europe, the Ineos Grenadier is available with two BMW six-cylinder engines to choose from. The petrol one produces 286 PS (282 hp / 210 kW), while the twin-turbo diesel makes 249 PS (246 hp / 183 kW). It is very likely that the pickup will receive the same engine options.
