Infiniti’s flagship SUV – the QX80 – already received a facelift in 2020, but the company will be giving it more nip-and-tuck on the North American market soon.
The main novelty to expect from a year 2022 model is a large 12.3-inch infotainment display in the base spec. Interestingly enough, the technically related Nissan Armada received the exact same infotainment not long ago.
Aside from this, the new Infiniti QX80 can connect to Apple CarPlay over a wireless link and charge up smartphones on a wireless pad. All seats come wrapped in leather, and the second row features captain’s seats by default. Among other things, the car boasts an intelligent cruise control system and Bose Premium Sound audio.
Things stay stock under the hood, where a 5.6-liter V8 still churns out 405 PS (400 hp / 298 kW).
