Automaker JAC is attending the Chengdu Motor Show in China with a new minivan called Refine RF8. Built on a dedicated EV/hybrid architecture called MUSE, it is slated to go on sale before the end of the year.
Depending on the trim, the radiator grille can have vertical bars, horizontal slats or sparse cells for the pattern. The MPV seats six or seven people and comes with a single dash/multimedia display, but you can spec it with two separate screens if you would rather have that.
Power comes from a 1.5-liter turbo engine assisted by dual e-motors for a combined 422 PS (416 hp / 310 kW) and 745 Nm (549 lb-ft) of torque. The battery stores 44.55 kW of juice. With it and the gas tank maxed out, the range amounts to a decent 1,200 km (745 miles).
