German tuner Arden has finished working on a Jaguar F-Type SVR. The sporty vehicle gained an engine upgrade, an exterior overhaul and a new name: Arden AJ 23 “Race Cat”.
Straight off the factory, the British supercar comes armed with a supercharged V8 engine rated at 567 hp (423 kW). This enables it to accelerate 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in just 3.5 seconds.
Arden, however, found this kind of performance insufficient. The tuner didn’t talk much about the specifics of the upgrade, but mentioned that it resulted in a performance increase to 703 hp (524 kW) and 873 Nm (644 ftlb) of torque. Once upgraded, the car could conclude the standard sprint in three seconds flat.
To improve Jaguar’s handling and reduce rolling when entering turns, the team lowered it by 30 mm (1.17 in) and equipped it with an aero kit.
Wrapping up the changes is a set of custom 21-inch Arden Sportline GT Monobloc forged wheels.
