Check out this custom-built Jaguar E-Type that trades its stock engine for an insanely powerful V10 mill that once belonged to a Dodge Viper.
The work is still far from complete, because once they wrap up boosting the engine, the tuners will have to overhaul and reinforce the entire transmission, steering and braking systems.
The engine had originally been rated at 677 hp (505 kW), but went up to 1,150 hp (858 kW) after receiving dual turbochargers and nine liters of combustion room.
The team is determined to make this vintage E-Type a real looker, too. Only the body has been repainted so far, but interior upgrades are also on the planned list.
