Jaguar F-Pace update brings longer range, higher base spec

Jaguar has rolled out another planned upgrade for its F-Pace lineup. All versions of the SUV have been lightly updated, and the plug-in hybrid received a larger traction battery.

Specifically, the F-Pace PHEV received a 19.2-kWh battery instead of the old 17.1-kWh one. As a result, the new version is rated for 65 km (40 miles) of all-electric range instead of 53 km (33 miles). The drivetrain stayed unchanged: the petrol turbo-four and the electric motor still join efforts for 404 PS (398 hp / 297 kW) and 640 Nm (472 lb-ft) of torque.

The 2023 model year lineup leaves the F-Pace bundled with the R-Dynamic option pack, which is no longer optional and instead included in all specs. This means all buyers get 19-inch wheels, a digital dashboard and an 11.4-inch infotainment touchscreen.
