Jeep Cherokee gains a new trim level in the USA

Jeep has revised the Cherokee lineup with the addition of a new trim called X, which offers new body graphics, a rugged body kit finished in black, raised suspension, off-road tires wrapped around 17-inch wheels, and AWD in standard spec.

The Cherokee X is the new entry-level trim now, followed by Latitude Lux, Trailhawk and Limited. The older trims named Latitude, 80th Anniversary, Freedom and Altitude have been removed from the market. Regardless of your choice, you will be getting the standard infotainment touchscreen sized 8.4 inches in diameter with any trim level (larger displays are optional).

As far as the engines, you can still choose between the 2.0-liter four-pot turbo and a 3.2-liter six-cylinder. Sales of the X version will begin in late 2022 starting from $33,995 USD.
