The new Jeep Grand Cherokee L boasts larger dimensions than its standard-wheelbase cousin and has three seat rows inside.
The front takes after the Wagoneer model and features a new hood, radiator grille and slim LED stripes inside the headlights. Changes become more noticeable inside, where there is a different dashboard, an 8.4-inch infotainment display (10.1-inch optional), and a trim that makes use of wood, leather and metal elements. Higher trims come with adjustable, ventilated seats.
Powering the ride is the old 3.6-liter V6 rated at 290 PS (286 hp / 213 kW), but you may opt for a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 capable of 357 PS (352 hp / 263 kW). Both connect to the same eight-speed A/T.
Paid options include SAE Level 2 autonomy, night vision, 360-degree view, and drowsiness alert.
Shipments will begin in the first half of 2021.
