The spring is coming, and so is the annual Easter Safari race in Moab Desert, Utah. As usual, Jeep will be participating in it with a few customized concept cars – here are the first teasers of them.
The first contender shown is a Grand Cherokee Hybrid, as evidenced by its numerous blue accents. The press release mentioned an electrified vehicle capable of overcoming any terrain in and around Moab, and it looks like this is the one.
The other pic looks like a large QR code, but is not readable. Instead, you are supposed to use your eyes to discern a Gladiator truck in it. There is a Jeep Performance Parts logo accompanying it, and the truck does indeed wear some aftermarket upgrades like heavy-duty bumpers, flared fenders and massive all-terrain tires.
Jeep had as many as four rally concepts participating in the last year’s Moab Rally on the Rocks: a Magneto, which is shown in the attached video, a Jeepster Beach, a Wrangler, and a Gladiator.
