Jeep has unveiled a new modification of its Wrangler SUV, called the Willys in an homage to the namesake military vehicle that had an iconic status among fans.
The special edition is based on the Sport S trim of the Wrangler, but the change list is rather extensive. There are new shock absorbers, a limited-slip rear differential, the Command-Trac 4x4 system, and a low-range transfer case.
From a purely aesthetic point of view, the series boasts LED lighting at both ends, special stickers, a black grille, and 17-inch wheels.
Aside from the Willys, customers will soon be able to order another special Wrangler, called the Black&Tan. This one features a beige soft top and an interior draped in the same color.
