RM Sotheby's is offering a collector’s piece once again – an extensively customized Jeep Wrangler JK produced in 2017. The car boasts 22-inch wheels, 37-inch tires, body reinforcements, an interior makeover, and a boosted engine.
The body kit notably includes Rock-Slide stainless steel bumpers, Bushwacker wheel arch extensions, a Smittybilt heavy-duty winch, and towing eyes painted red for contrast. The car sports a healthy suspension lift, which apparently necessitated the addition of convenient retractable running boards and a full-fledged spare wheel on the tailgate.
Inside, the seats are wrapped in leather, the multimedia system has been upgraded, and Alpine satellites driven by a Rockford Fosgate amplifier represent the audio speaker set. The steering wheel is wrapped in Alcantara, and the hard roof has been replaced with a custom-tailored soft top.
The SUV’s stock 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine benefits from a Magnuson TVS 1320 supercharger, as well as a new exhaust system. The specs remain undisclosed, though.
