Chelsea Truck Company, a subsidiary of Kahn Design, is offering a last year’s Jeep Wrangler with custom exterior and cabin for around £60,000. What does it have to justify that sticker?
The right-hand-drive car comes painted a military shade of black and is protected from dents and scratches. It boasts a carbon fiber grille and a ventilated hood. The exhaust system also stems from Kahn Design, and the quad tailpipes sport crosshair-like inserts. Classical Mondial Retro 9×20 wheels round off the image along with a spare wheel cover on the tailgate.
The cabin lacks the moodiness of the exterior thanks to its vivid-orange leather upholstery on the seats, armrests and front fascia. Aluminum pedal pads and scuff plates cater for a pleasant contrast.
Powering the one-off build is the stock 2.0-liter four-cylinder good for 272 hp (203 kW).
