The famous tuning atelier Geiger Cars has unveiled an interesting project dedicated to the retirement of Jeep Wrangler JK, a classical two-door off-roader series. The car has been styled after the legendary military-issue Jeep Willys that used to be manufactured in the 1940s.
The new SUV goes by the self-explanatory name of Geiger-Willys. Its body is painted camouflage green – the exact color most WWII vehicles used to be painted – and flaunts multiple logos saying “Willys WW2”. The car also gets pressed steel wheels clad in heavy-duty off-road tires and a massive bumper with a winch.
The interior of Geiger-Willys makes use of green fabric color-matched to its body.
The same old 3.6-liter V6 atmospheric engine by Pentastar sets the vehicle in motion. It can output up to 284 horsepower with 347 Nm torque.
Only 10 Geiger-Willys cars, priced at U.S. $80,700 each, will be produced.
