The North American car manufacturer Jeep has confirmed its plans to reveal the next-generation instalment in the Wrangler Pickup series later this year. The car will enter the U.S. market in spring 2019.
The new Jeep Wrangler Pickup will be based on the same car platform as its fellow SUV model. Industry professionals expect it to ship with gasoline engines varying between 2.0 and 3.6 liters in capacity, as well as a 3.6-liter diesel. Their performance should lie somewhere between 260 and 285 hp.
No official information regarding the technical specifications of the new Jeep Wrangler Pickup or its estimated price has been made available yet. Still, we can safely expect it to come with a wide range of up-to-date driving assistance systems and other handy options.
