Despite its ‘relatively affordable’ status, the KIA Ceed GT five-door sports hatchback boasts an excellent body and cabin design along with a decent 204 hp (152 kW) under the hood. Reason enough for German suspension parts manufacturer H&R to develop and launch a lowering kit for the model.
Compatible with the 2018 Kia Ceed GT, the non-height-adjustable springs provide for a fixed 25mm (1”) decrease in ride height. According to H&R, this is quite enough to make the car more stable at higher speeds, especially when cornering. A sportier stance is a nice added bonus.
A full set of springs for the Korean hot hatch would set you back €266.8. While you are at it, consider also purchasing Trak+ wheel spacers for 30mm – 50 mm (1.2” – 2”) of extra wheelspan. The spacers begin at €128.9 per axle.
