South Korean car manufacturer Kia has released the first teaser image showing the sport variant of its Ceed hatchback, the GT. According to media reports, the car will premiere at the Paris International Motor Show in the coming October.
Based on the photo, we can say that the new Kia Ceed GT will get its own radiator grille and front bumper design.
It is generally expected that the car will ship with a 1.6-liter turbocharged gasoline engine rated at 200 hp (150 kW).
Company’s other plans include releasing a Shooting Brake version of the Ceed, which will also be exhibited at the upcoming Paris show. In 2019, Kia will introduce the mild-hybrid version of the car.
