Kia updates the K5 in South Korea

Kia has refreshed its K5 sedan on the domestic market.

Compared to the pre-facelift version shown in the video here, the new car looks largely the same. There is some added black décor on the body, a 10.25-inch infotainment display inside which is now considered standard equipment, and a revised selection of trims. Opting for a new Black Fit package adds 18-inch wheels finished in the titular color, a rear spoiler and some more black-out parts on top of that.

Customers in South Korea may choose between a 2.0-liter petrol engine worth 160 PS (158 hp / 118 kW), a 1.6-liter turbo good for 180 PS (178 hp / 132 kW), a 2.0-liter natural gas engine with 146 PS (144 hp / 107 kW) at its disposal and a hybrid powertrain.

Prices start from 24 million KRW, which corresponds to 18,300 USD.
