Reservations for the Kia K5 in its 2024 model year facelift version are already running on its domestic market. The exterior changes are limited, but they are accompanied by substantial tech updates in the cabin. Prices start from 27,840,000 KRW.
The K5 stays pretty much the same on the outside with only the headlights and bumpers updated and the rear spoiler made slightly larger.
Inside, the infotainment system is much more advanced now and incorporates a duo of 12.3-inch displays. The screens have no sun visors and are merged into a single head unit. Over-the-air updates and a fingerprint scanner are included in the base spec. The HVAC controls are reworked as well, and the gear selector is now a dial instead of lever.
The powertrain stays the same. In South Korea, the sedan is obtainable with petrol and hybrid options rated from 146 to 195 PS (144–192 hp; 107–143 kW, respectively).
