KIA Picanto has got an all-road version

South Korean company KIA Motors Corporation demonstrated a new production model Picanto X-Line. It is a compact crossover built on the basis of KIA Picanto.

The car received a new suspension with a 15 mm increase in ground clearance, a proprietary radiator grille "tiger nose", a plastic weather cloth, reinforced bumpers and underbody metal protection in the front and rear.

The new all-road version became the most powerful in the line of KIA Picanto. Under the hood of the car is a 1-liter gasoline engine with supercharged and direct fuel injection 1.0 T-GDI. This engine generates 100 horsepower and 172 Nm of torque. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes 10.1 seconds.

Literally a week later, as part of the motor show in Frankfurt, the public premiere of KIA Picanto X-Line will be held. The car will be on sale at the end of this year.
