These pics show the facelifted Kia Picanto posing for an official ad shoot in Germany not wearing its usual disguise wrap. This means the premiere is days away – or weeks, at most.
The red body accents indicate that it is the Picanto GT Line spec that we see here. It boasts a more aggressively styled front bumper, updated lighting, and a redesigned lower grille. The fog lights have also been moved to a different location.
While still unconfirmed, it seems likely that the facelifted 2021 Kia Picanto keeps its old engine range intact. For customers in Europe, this means a 1.0-liter gasoline engine with 67 hp (50 kW) at the crank, its larger 1.2-liter counterpart with 84 hp (63 kW), and a turbocharged unit.
