Car manufacturer Kia has started sales of its facelifted Sorento SUV on its home market in South Korea. Let’s have a look at what’s new this time around.
The restyled car sports a new radiator grille now finished with black chrome. The more expensive trims also ship with exclusive 19-inch wheels.
The standard equipment now includes lane control and drowsiness alert systems. Adaptive headlights, a system that can automatically switch between the low and high beam when necessary, is available as an option
The engine palette includes a 2.0-liter diesel unit rated at 186 hp (139 kW), its senior counterpart with 2.2 liters of displacement room and 202 hp (151 kW), and a turbocharged gasoline engine with 240 hp (179 kW). All three work in conjunction with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
