After a series of barely revealing teasers, Kia has finally found enough resolve to show us its 2022 Sportage model. The fifth generation follows the carmaker’s new design philosophy known as ‘Opposites United’, first used on the Kia EV6.
The front fascia of the new Sportage looks highly detailed with K5-like headlights, a completely revised radiator grille, and large boomerang-shaped DRLs visually separating the low beams from the high beams. A new Kia badge sits on the hood.
The inside space looks hjust as modern and perhaps even fashionable. A giant curved display bringing together a digital dash and a multimedia unit serves as the main attraction here.
The crossover SUV should debut with full specifications and pricing before the end of the year, so stay tuned for more news.
