Kia has sported up the appearance of its Stinger GT2 hatchback in the United States, offering it with purely stylistic modifications and two drive types.
The Scorpion Edition will not be available outside of the USA, and comes based on the GT2 trim specification. Additions include a rear spoiler and a number of black trim pieces such as fender details, side mirror caps, exhaust finishers and 19-inch wheels coming in a variety of designs to choose from. The main body color can be white, black or silver.
The cabin benefits from red or black Nappa leather and carbon-fiber inserts here and there.
Powering the ride is a 3.3-liter V6 TT capable of 368 PS (363 hp / 271 kW). Kia plans to cap monthly production at 250 units priced starting from U.S. $52,585 for the RWD and $54,785 for the AWD version, delivery not included. For comparison, the base Kia Stinger GT2 starts from $51,290.
