Video: Koenigsegg RAW Concept revealed with 3 seats, 700 HP

The coupe-shaped supercar has been designed by Esa Mustonen of Koenigsegg as part of the project called RAW Design House.

The project, which Koenigsegg Head of Design Sasha Selipanov personally supervised, sets the new car distinctly apart from the all previous models. Among other things, the prototype sports sharp body outlines and vertical LED-based headlights.

The car, which currently only exists in the form of 3D rendered images, is said to have a carbon-fiber monocoque cabin and the three-cylinder Freevalve engine of the Gemera hypercar, capable of its standard 700 horsepower (522 kilowatts). It weighs in at just 700 kilograms (1,543 lbs) and has a single driver’s seat in the front row. There are two seats in the back as well.

The company did not mention whether it was considering the concept car for production anytime soon.
