The Swedish hypercar manufacturer Koenigsegg puts some finishing touches to its latest, limited-issue Agera FE hypercar. Once released, the vehicle will be known as the Koenigsegg Agera Thor, referencing the famous Scandinavian god of thunder and lightning.
Several photos posted by one of the future owners of the vehicle come with a description which states that its body is assembled from multiple silvery and black carbon panels incrusted with diamonds. It has a massive rear wing for added downforce and a special aerodynamic arrangement on the hood cover.
The Koenigsegg Agera Thor draws its power from a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 monster engine with an output capacity in excess of 1,360 horsepower. The vehicle can develop speeds north of 450 km/h (280 mph).
As we told you before, last autumn the Koenigsegg Agera RS claimed the title of the world’s fastest series-produced car from its previous holder, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, by accelerating to the record-breaking 444.6 km/h (276.2 mph).
