This Lamborghini Espada hot rod built by France-based tuner Danton Art Kustoms will go under the hammer at Mecum Auctions in January 2020. The current owner hopes to get at least 250,000 USD out of the deal.
The custom build uses the chassis and bodywork of the original Espada, as well as its 3.9-liter V12 engine. In its stock guise, the car comes naturally aspirated and produces 350 hp (258 kW) along with 394 Nm (291 lb-ft) of torque.
While retaining all the primary attributes of hot rods, the work of Danton Art Kustoms boasts a wide range of modern features as well, such as the side air intakes inspired by the Lamborghini Reventon. It rides on Govad G67 RUMI Special Edition wheels measuring 19 inches across at the front and 20” at the back, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S rubber.
A complete interior makeover adorned with matador’s sword graphics rounds off the unique project.
