The Asterion supercar will become the first serial car with the hybrid power plant in the history of Lamborghini. The concept car was presented in 2014 in Paris, now it became known, that its serial version, the development of which took almost three years, will be released by the end of 2018 .
Lamborghini Asterion car will be equipped with the V10 engine with 5,2 liters in volume.
Engine power will be 610 hp and will have a torque of 1000 Nm. Besides, the car will be equipped with three electric motors, which total power will make 910 h.p. Using only electric motors, sports car will be able to pass 50 kilometers at a speed of 125 km/h. Seven-step robotized transmission will be the couple for the power plant.
Three seconds will be enoughffor Asterion to accelerate to the first hundred on a speedometer, and the maximum speed of the car will make 320 kilometers per hour.
