Lamborghini has revealed the next, and possibly last, generation of its Aventador supercar series at the Monterey Car Week in August. A total of 900 copies of the car will be sold, with the junior Aventador S coming to the market with a 6.5-liter V12 engine rated at 740 hp (552 kW) and 690 Nm (515 lb×ft) of torque.
This is what the Wheelsandmore team got their hands on this time around. They began by boosting the engine to 800 hp (596 kW) and 720 Nm (531 lb×ft) of torque. As a result, the car now accelerates 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 2.8 seconds and reaches 200 km/h (124 mph) in 8.2 seconds. This puts it above the Aventador SVJ in terms of raw performance – quite impressive, actually, if you consider that the latter comes priced at €349,116 more.
For the new Lamborghini Aventador S-Presso to better cope with the increased engine power, it received a new exhaust system, as well as a set of Wheelsandmore forged rims.
