The next International Motor Show in Frankfurt, Germany will open its doors for the wide public on September 12, 2019. Anonymous sources claim that Lamborghini will attend the event with a new and entirely special vehicle.
Specifically, the Italian manufacturer is expected to debut an all-new hybrid hypercar currently only known under its provisional model code, ‘LB48H’. The strictly limited series will allegedly ship with a class-leading hybrid powertrain incorporating a V12 engine alongside multiple electric motors, output over 1,000 hp (745 kilowatts) to the wheels and cost around U.S. $2,500,000.
There are no further specifics available for the unannounced LB48H right now, but the description makes it clear the car is going to surpass the Aventador by a wide margin. However it is, we won’t be waiting for too long: according to the approved schedule, Lamborghini will hold the grand reveal at 11:00 Tuesday, September 10, when the show opens for the mass media.
