What Lambo may suit you best largely depends on what kind of experience you are after. If your top priority is raw performance, the Huracan STO and the Aventador SVJ are both great candidates. But which one is the fastest in a straight line? Carwow wanted to know.
The Huracan STO was built to dominate the racetrack. As such, it shares many of its aerodynamic parts and drivetrain components with Lamborghini racecars participating in international championships. A familiar 5.2-liter V10 uses a dual-clutch transmission to drive the rear wheels with 648 PS (640 hp / 477 kW).
The Aventador SVJ comes with a 12-cylinder engine under the hood rated at 780 PS (769 hp / 574 kW). A semi-auto transmission drives all four wheels, but takes a performance hit due to being a single-clutch design.
So, which one would you bet on to cross the finish line first?
